KODAK SOFORTBILD STATION DRIVERS
The initial connection is made trough USB drivers loaded in the OS (Windows/Mac). If they can't find a solution then you either live with the intermittent problem, do your tethering is a two-step process (software X for the connection, then read the files in Capture One), or look for an alternative to capture one that works with your hardware and gives you the RAW file editing capability you're looking for. Ideally they should be the same brand/model but the combination of X with your other component is the key one that you want to see whether it works on our.ģ - if all the hardware works then it points to Capture One as the problem. Test each combination and see what does and doesn't work. Try and borrow one of each from a friend etc. If this works, you probably don't have a hardware problem.Ģ –if this doesn't work, the problem may be the camera or the computer. To put it simply, bugs grow!ġ - download the demo of another tethering app (don't worry about the processing). Part of the problem is the non-camera manufacturers' software is often reverse engineered rather than using the camera manufacturers software components.
KODAK SOFORTBILD STATION PRO
I shoot a Canon 1Dx Mk II and see plenty of unusual behaviors tethered remote with Capture One Pro 20.Īnthea, I've also had this type of intermittent problems but with Nikon/Windows so it's far from unique. You are not the only one seeing strange anomalies with Capture One Pro. I can’t afford to buy a new camera or new laptop. This is really jeopardising my work and I just don’t know what to do. At the moment, nothing is coming up at all. In Capture One, there have been times when the camera is read (the battery icon comes up) but it then disappears immediately.
KODAK SOFORTBILD STATION MAC OSX
I have updated to Capture One 20 and to Mac OSX Catalina, to no avail.Bought new tether cables, sent them back to supplier to check them and they said they were fine and have tried non-tether tool usb cables, but the problem has persisted.Replaced the TOGO PCB (usb input) as I thought maybe it was faulty, but the problem persists (over ZAR5000 later!!).I always shoot tethered and most of the time it works just fine, but it goes through periods where the computer just doesn’t pick up the camera. MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) - 2,3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7.Tether Tools TetherPro USB 3.0 SuperSpeed Micro-B Cable.

Here is the hardware and software that I am using: Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I am at my wits' end! I have had a tethering issue that arises, on and off, for the last 2 years.
